The theme of the magazine is the typeface, so I think the picture used on the cover of the magazine should be related to the typeface. This picture is a cartoon with a candle reading words, which is very consistent with the theme. The cover color is a combination of beige and red, which is not the style of modern illustration, but the style of ancient Japanese illustration. The cover contains the main information of the magazine, and the price of the book, the bar-code.

 I will introduce the layout design of the content.  The content of the magazine has seven items, each of which has a red subtitle, the font is PHOSPHATE, and the font of the content is BASKERVILLE. The typesetting is based on the combination of pictures and texts, which is very clear.
